CHAPTER 205.

AN ACT to repeal the act passed at the January

session of eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter

three hundred and fifteen, entitled " an act to pro-

vide for maintaining and keeping in repair the

public roads of Prince George's county," and to

re-enact in lieu thereof the following:

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

of eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter three hun-

dred and fifteen, entitled " an act to provide for

maintaining and keeping in repair the public roads

of Prince George's county," be and the same is

hereby repealed, und re-enacted so as to read as

follows :

SEC. 2. Belt enacted, That the County Commission-

ers of Prince George's county shall have power, and
