CHAPTER 192.
AN ACT to revive and extend an act of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, passed December ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and forty-six, chapter
sixty-eight, entitled au act to incorporate the
Trustees of Buckingham Academy and Female
Seminary of Berlin.
WHEREAS, the Trustees of the Buckingham Acad- emy and Female Seminary, of Berlin, by neglecting	Preamble.
to meet as provided for in their act of incorporation,
may have forfeited their corporate powers, and —
WHEREAS, It is necessary that said act should be
revived and extended, in order to preserve the re-	Preamble

erty, therefore —
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the act entitled "an act to incorpo-	Beloved and
