AN ACT to revive and extend an act of the Gen-

eral Assembly of Maryland, passed December ses-

sion, eighteen hundred and forty-six, chapter

Trustees of Buckingham Academy and Female

Seminary of Berlin.

WHEREAS, the Trustees of the Buckingham Acad-
emy and Female Seminary, of Berlin, by neglecting
|

to meet as provided for in their act of incorporation,

may have forfeited their corporate powers, and —
|
 
|
WHEREAS, It is necessary that said act should be
|
 
|
revived and extended, in order to preserve the re-
|

versionary right of the trustees, in and to the prop-

erty, therefore —

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the act entitled "an act to incorpo-
