said county commissioners are authorized to levy
upon the assessable property of the county an
amount sufficient to pay the annual interest upon
said bonds, and the principal at maturity.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted. That the commissioners
of said county shall be entitled to be represented in	Represented at meetings.

elections of directors, in all of said companies, in pro-

respectively.
SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That in accordance with
the provisions of article three, section fifty-four, of

for members of the House of Delegates, in the news-
papers published in said county, and shall also be
approved by a majority of all the members elected to
each House of the General Assembly at its next ses-
sion after said election.
SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

CHAPTER 191.
AN ACT to amend an act entitled " an act to incor-
porate the Methodist Episcopal Church in Freder-
ick," passed February the twenty-fourth, eighteen
hundred and forty-one, chapter one hundred and
twenty-five.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That sections one and two of the act of	Repealed and re-enacted
eighteen hundred and forty-one, chapter one hun-
dred and twenty-five, be and the same are hereby re-
pealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows :
