Banner Graven

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he is hereby

 

authorized and directed to issue his warrant to the

 

Treasurer to pay to the said Banner Graves of Wash-

 

ington county, the said sum of twenty dollars out of

 

any unappropriated funds in the treasury.

In force.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

 

effect from the date of its passage.

 

Approved, March 31, 1874.

 

CHAPTER 175.

 

AN ACT to repeal sections two and three, chapter

 

three hundred and two, of the acts of the General

 

Assembly of Maryland, passed January session,

 

eighteen hundred and seventy, entitled, " an act

 

to establish voting precincts in Westminster

 

district number seven of Carroll county," and re-

 

enact the same with amendments.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That sections two and three, of chapter

Repealing and

three hundred and two, of the acts passed January

re-enacting

session, eighteen hundred and seventy, entitled, " an

 

act to establish voting precincts in Westminster

 

district number seven of Carroll county," be, and the

 

same are hereby repealed and re-enacted to read as

 

follows :

 

2. The seventh election district of Carroll county,

Divided into
products.

shall be divided into two election precincts, with the
following metes and bounds, that is to say : precinct

 

number one of the seventh election district, beginning

 

on the Western Maryland Railroad, at the point

 

where said railroad intersects the line of division

 

between Westminster district number seven, and

 

New Windsor district number eleven, and running

 

with said railroad to the Cranberry Station on said
