Mr. Earle, from the Committee on Finance, reported un-
favorably on

The Senate bill entitled "An Act to aid in the establish-
ment of a Hospital in connection with the College of Physi-
cians and Surgeons of Baltimore city,"

And the report was adopted-

On motion by Mr. Stevens,

The vote was reconsidered by which the unfavorable report
of the Finance Committee on said bill was adopted,

And the bill was recommitted to the Committee on Finance.

The Clerk of the House of Delegates appeared and deliv-
