mittee shall perform such duties as may be prescribed

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That no license shall be
|

issued by any authority, for the sale or barter in any
|
 
|
way of spirituous or malt liquors, wine or cider within
|
 
|
two miles of the camp ground of the said association;
|
 
|
provided, however, that all persons residing in the
|
 
|
village of Gaithersburg, shall be exempt from the
|
 
|
provisions of this section.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT granting the sanction of the General As-

sembly of Maryland to the bequest of Hannah
|
 
|
Horn, late of Baltimore city, deceased, to the
|
 
|
Maryland Conference of the Methodist Protestant
|
 
|
Church.
|
 
|
WHEREAS, Hannah Horn, late of Baltimore city.
|

deceased, by her last will and testament, duly admit-
|
 
|
ted to probate and recorded in the Office of the
|
 
|
Register of Wills of Baltimore city, bequeathed unto
the Maryland Conference of the Methodist Protestant
|
 
|
Church three hundred dollars, to be used for such
|
 
|
benevolent objects of the church as shall in the judg-
|
 
|
ment of that body be deemed right and proper there-
|
 
|
fore —
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
Sanction to

Maryland, That the sanction of the General Assembly
|
 
|
of Maryland, be and the same is hereby given and
|
 
|
declared to the above mentioned bequest of the said
|
 
|
Hannah Horn, deceased.
|
