CHAPTER 123.
AN ACT to repeal section one, of an act passed
January session, eighteen hundred and seventy,
chapter twelve, entitled an act for the better pro-
tection of game in Montgomery county, and to
amend and re-enact the same as amended.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section one of the act of January	Repealed and re-enacted
session, eighteen hundred and seventy, chapter twelve,
entitled an act for the better protection of game in
Montgomery county, be and the same is hereby re-
pealed, amended and re-enacted so as to read as
follows :
SEC. 1. And be it enacted, That no person shall trap,
shoot, or in any manner catch, kill, maim or wound, any partridge in Montgomery county, between the fifteenth day of December, and the fifteenth day of	Not to trap, shoot or kill.
October, nor any woodcock between the first day
of January and the tenth day of June, nor any phea-
sant between the first day of February and the first
day of September, in each year.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.	In force.

AN ACT to add a new section to article one of the
Code of Public Local Laws, entitled " Allegany "
sub-title " Surveyor. "
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of	Additional
Maryland, That a new section be and is hereby added	section
to article one of the Code of Public Local Laws, en-
titled " Allegany county, " sub-title " Surveyor, " to
read as follows :
