CHAPTER 122.

 

AN ACT for the relief of the Central Presbyterian

 

Church of the City of Baltimore, to authorize the

 

recording of certain amendments to the original

 

plan, agreement and regulation for the incorpora-

 

tion of said church, adopted by the congregation

 

thereof, on the fifth day of May, Anno Domini

 

eighteen hundred and fifty-six, and on the thirtieth

 

day of March, Anno Domini eighteen hundred

 

and fifty-seven, and giving. said amendments and

 

all acts done in pursuance thereof, the same force

 

and validity as if the said amendments had been

 

duly recorded, within six months after the adoption

 

of the same.

 

WHEREAS, on the twelfth day of April, Anno-

Domini eighteen hundred and fifty-three, the male

 

members of the Central Presbyterian Church of the

 

City of Baltimore, having assembled in pursuance

 

of due notice, for the purpose of procuring an act of

 

incorporation under the laws of the State of Mary-

 

land, did determine and fix upon a certain plan,

 

agreement or regulation for the incorporation of
said church, and did elect George M. Gill, Joshua

 

Hartshorn, William Miller, Andrew Armstrong,

 

Robert H Lowry, Benjamin Deford and William

 

Reynolds, trustees of said church, and did authorize

 

and empower them to acknowledge and record the

 

said plan, agreement or regulation in the mode

 

directed by the laws of this State, and to take all

 

steps necessary and proper to obtain an act of in-
