CHAPTER 121.

 

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the

 

claims of W. L. Pfieffer, James E. Tate, John

 

Himelhaver, George W. Murdoch, J. E. Hayden

 

and Benjamin F. Cronin.

 

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

 

Maryland, That the Comptroller of the Treasury, be

Appropriation
to W. L Pfleffer

and he is hereby requested and directed to issue his

and others.

warrant upon the Treasurer, to pay to W. L. Pfieffer,

 

for work done, and material furnished in retitting

 

House of Delegates, session of eighteen hundred

 

and seventy-four, as per order of the Chief Clerk,

 

nine hundred and six dollars: to James E. Tate, for

 

sundries furnished House of Delegates, by order of

 

the Chief Clerk, one hundred and ninety-five dollars

 

and eighty-one cents, and for sundries furnished the

 

Senate, one hundred and fifty-four dollars; to John

 

Himelhaver, for repairs done to the Comptroller's

 

office, as per certificate of the Comptroller, fifty-

 

eight dollars; to George W. Murdoch, for taking

 

care of, refitting and cleaning the Hall of the House

 

of Delegates, for the present session of the Legisla-

 

ture, three hundred dollars; to J. E. Hayden, for

 

cleaning and repairing clocks for the State Depart-

 

ments, as per order of the Chief Clerk of the House

 

of Delegates, and the Secretary of the Senate,

 

fourteen dollars and fifty cents ; to Benjamin F.

 

Cronin, late collector of State Taxes, in the second

 

district of Harford county, for over-payment into the

 

Treasury, as per certificate of the Comptroller and

 

Treasurer, seventy-five dollars and forty-eight cents.

 

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

 

effect from the date of its passage.

In force.
