SEC 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

CHAPTER 120.
|

AN ACT to appropriate the sum of money to pay
|
 
|
David Gregg, late collector of State Taxes in the
|
 
|
eight district of Carroll county, the amount over-
|
 
|
paid by him into the Treasury.
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
Appropriation
to David Grogg
|
Maryland, That the Comptroller of this State, be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to issue
|
 
|
his warrant upon the Treasurer of this State, to pay
|
 
|
to David Grogg of Carroll county, the sum of thirty-
|
 
|
one dollars and thirty-six cents, being the amount
|
 
|
over-paid by said David Gregg into the Treasury,
|
 
|
as collector of State taxes for the eight district of
|
 
|
Carroll county, as certified to by the Comptroller of
|
 
|
this State.
|

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take
