all the right, title and interest of the said Arch-
bishop of Baltimore and his successors, in and to

CHAPTER 115.
AN ACT to prevent the killing or trapping of grouse
in Kent county, until the twentieth day of October,
eighteen hundred and seventy-eight.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That any person or per-
sons guilty of violating the provisions of this act, shall	Violation of.
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and on convic-
tion thereof, before some justice of the peace of the
said county, shall pay a fine of ten dollars ; one-half
of which shall go to the informer and the other half
into the school fund of said county, and in default
of the payment of said fine, shall be confined in the
county jail for a term, not less than five nor more
than twenty days.
