full force and effect for the period of thirty years

from the tenth day of March, eighteen hundred and

seventy-four, and until the end of the next session of

the General Assembly which shall happen there-

after.

AN ACT to extend an act, entitled, " an act to in-

corporate the Borden Mining Company," passed at

December session, eighteen hundred and forty-six,

chapter three hundred and eighteen, for the period

of thirty years.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the act, entitled, " an act to incorpo-
