SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

effect from and after the first day of April next.

CHAPTER 110.
AN ACT to extend an act entitled "an act to incor-
porate the New York Mining Company, passed
at December session, eighteen hundred and forty-
four, chapter two hundred and twenty, and the
supplement thereto, passed at December session
eighteen hundred and forty-six, chapter one hun-
dred and twenty-three; and the act to alter and
amend the said original act of incorporation and
supplement thereto, passed at January session,
eighteen hundred and fifty-three, chapter sev-
enty," for the period of thirty years.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
