CHAPTER 108.

AN ACT to repeal chapter one hundred and eighty-

one, of the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-

two, entitled " an act to repeal section twenty-one

of article seven, of the Code of Public Local Laws,

entitled 'Carroll county, ' sub-title ' Justices of

the Peace and Constables,' and to re-enact the

same with amendments," and to amend and re-

enact the same.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Repealed and
re-enacted

Maryland, That chapter one hundred and eighty-one,

of the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy-two,

entitled " an act to repeal section twenty-one of

article seven, of the Code of Public Local Laws,

entitled ' Carroll county,' sub-title ' Justices of the

Peace and Constables,' and to re-enact the same

with amendments," be and the same is hereby re-

pealed and re-enacted so as to read as follows :
