CHAPTER 103.
AN ACT supplementary to the act of eighteen hun-
dred and seventy, chapter two hundred and thir-
teen, making an additional appropriation to
Washington Cemetery in Washington county.
SECTION 1. Se it enacted by the General Assembly of	Appropriation.
Maryland, That the sum of five thousand dollars, in
addition to that appropriated by the act to which
this is a supplement, be and the same is hereby
appropriated for the purpose of removing the dead
to Washington Cemetery in Washington county, and
fixing up the graves therein with proper head boards,
and of enclosing, laying off, ornamenting, and com-
pleting the work already begun in said Cemetery.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the sum hereby ap-	Subject to

paid out of the Treasury in the same manner that' is
prescribed in the tenth section of the act of eighteen
hundred and seventy, chapter two hundred and thir-
teen, to which this is a supplement.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	In force

for Worcester county, to copy the general index
to land records in his office, from seventeen hun-
