CHAPTER 102.
|

AN ACT to repeal chapter two hundred and thirty-

|
three, of the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy,
|
 
|
entitled, " an act to repeal section nine, of article
|
 
|
twenty-eight, of the Code of Public General Laws,
|
 
|
relating to the publication of county expenses, so
|
 
|
far as the same relates to Caroline county, and to
|
 
|
re-enact the same with amendments."
|
Repealed.
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That chapter two hundred and thirty-three,
of the acts of eighteen hundred and seventy, entitled,
|
 
|
" an act to repeal section nine, of article twenty-eight,
|
 
|
of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to the
|
 
|
publication of county expenses, so far as the same
|
 
|
relates to Caroline county, and to re-enact the same
|
 
|
with amendments," be and the same is hereby re-
|
 
|
pealed.
