SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That the Clerk of the said Court, by and
|
 
|
with the consent of the County Commissioners, be
|
 
|
and he is hereby, authorized to copy said index in a
|
 
|
good and substantial book or books.
|
Authorised to
pay for
|
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That the Commissioners
|
 
|
of said county, be, and they are hereby, authorized to
|
 
|
levy upon the assessable property of said county a
|
 
|
sufficient sum to pay the expenses of re- copying as
|
 
|
aforesaid.
|

AN ACT to authorize the appointment of an ad-

ditional justice of the peace for Dorchester county.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of

Maryland, That in addition to the two justices of

the peace in the second election district of Dorchester

county, as now provided for by law, there shall be an
|
 
|
additional justice of the peace appointed for said.
