CHAPTER 18.

AN ACT to authorize and empower the County
Commissioners of Carroll county, in their discre-
tion, to pay annually a sum of money not exceeding
three hundred dollars, to defray the expense of
Georgeanna Young, a lunatic, during the time of
her lunacy.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of	To levy a sum

CHAPTER 19.
AN ACT to confirm and approve act passed at
January session, eighteen hundred and seventy-
two, chapter sixteen, entitled "an act to authorize
and empower the County Commissioners for
Carroll county, to subscribe to the capital stock
of turnpike companies in Carroll county."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of	Act confirmed.
Maryland, That the act passed January session,
eighteen hundred and seventy-two, chapter sixteen,
entitled " an act to authorize and empower the
County Commissioners for Carroll county, to
subscribe to the capital stock of turnpike companies
in Carroll county, " be and the same is hereby con-
firmed and approved.
