AN ACT granting the assent of the General Assem-

bly of Maryland, to a legacy granted to Trinity Pro-

testant Episcopal Church in the City of Baltimore,

by John H. Hugg, late of said city, deceased.
|
 
|
WHEREAS, John H. Hugg, late of Baltimore city,
|

deceased, by his last will and testament, bearing date
|
 
|
the thirteenth day of February, in the year eighteen
|
 
|
hundred and seventy-two, and duly admitted to pro-
|
 
|
bate, and recorded in the office of the Register of
|
 
|
Wills of Baltimore eity, devised and bequeathed to
|
 
|
Trinity Protestant Episcopal Church, situated on the
|
 
|
southeast corner of Broadway and Pratt Streets in
|
 
|
the City of Baltimore, the sum of one thousand
|
 
|
dollars, therefore —
|
 
|
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
|
Sanction given
|
Maryland, That the sanction of the General Assembly
|
to a bequest or
John H. Hugg
|
of Maryland, be and the same is hereby given and
|
 
|
declared to the above mentioned devise and bequest
|
 
|
of the said John H. Hugg, deceased.
