CHAPTER 6.

AN ACT to give and declare the sanction and con-
sent of the General Assembly of Maryland to the
bequest of five hundred dollars, contained in the
last will and testament of Henry Rohr, late of Fred-
erick County, Maryland, deceased, to the Evangel-
ical Lutheran Congregation at Mount Zion, in
Frederick county, State of Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the sanction and consent of the Gen-.	Sanction given to a bequest of

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall take	In force
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 7.
AN ACT to confirm and approve an act of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, passed at January
Session, eighteen hundred and seventy-two, chap-
ter four, entitled "An act authorizing the County
Commissioners for Frederick county to subscribe
to the capital stock of the Liberty and Frederick
Turnpike Road Company of Frederick county."
WHEREAS, It appears to the General Assembly of	Preamble.
Maryland, that publication of the above entitled act
has been made in the newspapers of Frederick county
