The House bill entitled "An Act to prevent trespassing
with, gun or dog in Dorchester county, and to prescribe penal-
ties therefor,"

With the following amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Add between the word "that" and "every," inline 2, sec-
tion 1, the following: ''In all cases where notice has been
given through the public prints or otherwise, by the owners
or possessors of land in Dorchester county, forwarning all
persons from hunting with dog or gun on said lands, then
and in that case."

Which was adopted.

Said bill, as amended, was then read the second time.

Leave was granted to the Committee on Agriculture to in-
troduce a bill to amend the Act incorporating the Maryland
Agricultural College.
