The Senate bill entitled "An Act for the support and treat- Being on third reading, (Unanimous consent being given.) Mr. Tuck submitted the following amendment:
Add at end of first section, "Provided that the appropria- Which was adopted.
Said bill, as amended, was then read the second time and
