His Excellency, the Governor, for his approval:

No. 30. An Act to amend the Act of the General Assem-
bly of 1872, chapter 196, entitled An Act to authorize the
Comptroller of the Treasury to adjust and settle the accounts
due by Collectors, Sheriffs, Clerks, Registers, and other Re-
ceivers of public monies, in cases where the indebtedness ac-
crued prior to and including the year 1859, by repealing sec-
tion 1 of said Act, and re-enacting the same with amend-
ments.

No. 31. An Act to authorize Henry C. Lay, Bishop of the
Diocese of Easton, to hold a lot or parcel of land.

No. 32. An Act to repeal section 2 of chapter 410 of the
Acts of 1872, relating to the publication of Local Laws in
Washington county.

No. 33. An Act to amend the charter of the Potomac Fire
Insurance Company of Baltimore.
