rate the Santa Clara Mining Association of Baltimore, re-
pealing a supplement to said Act passed at January session,
1867, authorizing said Association to make and enforce pay-
ment of all calls or assessments upon its capital stock, and
re-enacting the same with amendments.

No. 160. A bill entitled an Act to authorize the County
Commissioners of Frederick county to build a new jail and
work-house for Frederick county, to borrow money on the
credit of the county for that purpose, to issue bonds for the
payment of the same, to levy and collect taxes for the pay-
ment of such bonds and the interest on the same.

No. 171. A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 4, 12
and 15, of an Act passed and approved April 4th, 1870,
chapter 260, entitled an Act to incorporate the town of Laurel,
in Prince George's county, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

No. 185. A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Mayer
and City Council of Baltimore, to fund the floating debt of
the City of Baltimore as authorized or existing on the 31st
day of October, 1873, to an amount not exceeding two mil-
lions of dollars.

No. 97. A bill entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with,
amendments an Act to incorporate the Preachers' Fund So-
ciety of the City of Baltimore, chapter 283, of the Acts of
1853.

No. 128. A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 25,of Article
12, Codeof Public Local Laws, title "Harford County," sub-
title "Collectors," and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

No; 144. A bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 5 and 6,
of the Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at
January session, 1872, chapter 212, entitled an Act to pro-
vide for taking a vote for or against a new county, in certain
election districts in Allegany county, at the election to be
held in the fall of 1872, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.
