No. 168. A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of Montgomery county to place certain
fees in the hands of the Sheriffs of the several counties of
this State, and the City of Baltimore, for collection.
No. 169. A bill entitled an Act for the protection of part-
ridges, and to prevent trespassing with dog or gun on
private property in Kent county.
No. 170. A bill entitled an Act giving the sanction of the
General Assembly of Maryland to a certain legacy bequeathed
by the last will and testament of Susanna Welty, late of
Washington county, deceased, to the German Baptist Church,
commonly called "Welty's Church," in Washington county,
Maryland,
No. 178. A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 827, chap-
ter 473, of the Acts of Assembly passed January session, 1870,
entitled an Act to add an additional section to Article 4, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-
title "Police," and be section 827 of said Article, and to
amend and re-enact the same as amended.
No. 179. A bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act
entitled an Act to authorize the Mayor and City Council of
Baltimore to issue bonds of the City of Baltimore to an amount
not exceeding two millions five hundred thousand dollars, for
the purpose of providing means for the improvement of Jones'
Falls, within the limits of the City of Baltimore, passed at
the January session of 1870, chapter 113, and to provide for
an additional issue of bonds, not to exceed in amount one mil-
lion five hundred thousand dollars.
No, 180. A bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 69, of the
Acts of Assembly of 1864, and the section therein provided to
be added to the Code of Public Local Laws, in relation to the
levying of direct tax by the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more, and to re-enact the said section with amendments.
No. 181. A bill entitled an Act to repeal Article 71, of the
Code of Public General Laws, title "Oysters," as amended
and re-enacted by chapter 364, of the Acts passed at Janu-
ary session, 1870, and also chapter 167, of the Acts passed at
the January session, 1872.
No. 164. A bill entitled an Act to protect wild fowl in Wor-
cester county.
No. 165. A bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act
passed at January session, 1852, entitled an Act to incorpo-
