The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 102, of Article
1, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Allegany
County," sub-title "Manufactures and Miners," and re-enact
the same with amendments,

And the unfavorable report adopted.

The bill entitled an Act to add a new section to Article
30 of the Code of Public General Laws, title "Crimes and
Punishments," sub-title "Rivers," to come in after section
170, and to be called "170 a."

The bill entitled an Act to regulate the building of fences
in Howard county.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 1 and 2, of Ar-
ticle 1, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Alle-
gany County," sub-title "Almshouse."

The bill entitled an Act to prevent the concealment, de-
facement or erasement of the names of owners from psach or
other fruit-baskets.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on the Judiciary.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal scctiou 110, of Article
18, entitled "Chancery," of the Code of Public General
Laws.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on the Judiciary.

Clark, administrator of Wm. D. Clark, monies erroneously
