The bill entitled an Act giving the sanction of the General
Aasembly of Maryland to the bequest in the last will and
testament of Alice M. Gittings, late of Cecil county, de-
ceased, to the Vestry of St. James' Church of Cecil county,
Maryland.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to indemnify Asbury McNamara
for loss and damage sustained by Oyster Police Seamer in
the year 1869.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to amend section 18, of an Act
passed at the January session of the General Assembly, in the
year 1868, chapter 195, entitled an Act to incorporate the
Emmittsburg Rail Road Company.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal the 107th, 108th, 109th,
110th, 112th, 114th, 115th, 118th, 119th sections, of Article
7, of the Code of Public Local of the State of Maryland, re-
lating to the city of Westminster, in Carroll county, and to
re-enact the same in an amended or different form.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed at Jan-
uary session, 1872, chapter 254, entitled an Act to authorize
and empower the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel
county to appropriate a sum of money to the capital stock of

Music of Baltimore City to issue its bonds, bearing an in-
terest not exceeding eight per cent, per annum, and to re-
cord the same by mortgage.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Baltimore county to appropriate a sum of money
to build a gas-house aad pest-house on the ground attached
to the new almshouse in said county.
