No. 213. An Act to protect travelers on highways in
Baltimore county, at and near railroad crossings in said
county.

No. 214. An Act to repeal chapter eighty-one, of the Acts
passed at January session, eighteen hundred and seventy-
two, relating to catching oysters with scoops in the waters
of Dorchester county, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments.

No. 215. An Act to repeal section forty, of Article eleven,
of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Frederick
County," as amended by the Act of eighteen hundred and
sixty-eight, chapter seven, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.

No. 216. An Act to repeal chapter 347, of the Acts passed
at January session, 1872, entitled an Act to repeal sections
141, 142, 143, 144, 145, 146, 147, 148, 149, 150, 151, 152,
153, 154, 155, 156, 157, 158, 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, and
164, of Article 8, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled
"Cecil County," and relating to Port Deposit, and to re-
enact the same with amendments, and to provide for taking
the sense of the qualified voters of Port .Deposit, whether or
not said repeal and re-enactments with amendments shall go
into effect or be utterly void.

No. 217. An Act to authorize and empower the County
Commissioners of Baltimore county to pay Codling &
Lishers, contractors for building the new almshouse in said
county, the sum of two thousand dollars, and to repeal so
much of the Act of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed January session, 1872, chapter 368, as may be incon-
sistent with the provisions of this Act.

Ordered, That this House take a recess to meet again at
4 o'clock to-day, for the purpose of taking up bills of a gene-
