Council of Baltimore to purchase at its discretion the property
of the Western Maryland Rail Road Company, and to issue
the bonds of the City of Baltimore in order to provide for the
payment-money for said purchase,

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Commissioners of
Baltimore county to grant rights of way through the jail lot
of said county to the Towsontown Rail Road Company, and
to the Maryland and Pennsylvania Rail Road Company,

The bill entitled an Act to authorize George Tittle and
Thomas V. Hunter, surviving Trustees of the Wiseburg

Article 3, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title "Baltimore

Trustees of Primary School District No. 104, of Frederick
county, to dispose of a school-house in said district,

Company of Baltimore,

The bill entitled an Act to protect fish in the Great Gun-
powder River and its tributaries, within the limits of Balti-
