Said bill was then sent to the Senate.

The bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to the
charter of the City of Cumberland, authorizing the Mayor
and Council of Cumberland to purchase or condemn additional
ground for the use of said city, for a market-house and station-
house,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 2, 5 and 9, of an
Act entitled an Act to prevent incompetent persons from con-
ducting business as Pharmacists, or vending at retail drugs,
medicines or chemicals for medicinal use in the City of Balti-
more, and soforth, passed at January session, 1872, chapter
414, and to re-enact the same with amendments,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to prevent swine from running at
large in the streets, lanes and alleys of Knoxville, in Fred-
erick county,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to prevent stock from running at
large in Baltimore county, within one mile of the present
limits of Baltimore City, except in the 13th district of said
county,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to prevent the catching and de-
truction of fish in the waters of the Pocomoke River and
Sound, below the village of Shelltown, in Somerset county,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to prevent horses, mules, bulls
