Mr. Greenfield submitted the following message to the BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATE,
March 31st, 1874.
We have received your message asking a Committee of By order, M. Y. KIDD, Chief Clerk. The message was then sent to the Senate.
Mr. Nutwell, Chairman of the Committee on Corporations,
Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal Article 21, of section Said bill was read a second time.
A bill entitled an Act to provide for the inspection of Being on its second reading, Mr. Lancaster moved to strike out the enacting clause. The question being on sustaining the motion, Mr. Loane demanded the yeas and nays. The demand being sustained, The yeas and nays were called and appeared as follows:
