Mr. Fentou submitted the following order:

Ordered, That the business of this session, until the ad-
journment this afternoon, shall be the consideration of second
reading of House Bills and subsequent Senate Messages.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Seth submitted the following message to the Senate:
BT THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

March 31st, 1874.
Gentlemen of the Senate;

We respectfully request your Honorable Body to recede
from your action upon House bill entitled an Act to add cer-
tain sub-sections to Article 19 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, entitled "Somerset County," under sub-title "License,"
and to repeal section 138 of said Article, entitled ' 'Somerset
County," under sub-title ''Retailers," and ask a Committee
of Conference upon the same.

We have appointed on the part of the House, Messrs. Coul-
bourn, Sudler, Duer and Seth.

The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following mes-
sage:

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates:

We respectfully request the appointment of a Committee

three on the part of House, on the bill relating to Building
Societies and Land Companies.
