chapter 8, section 2, of chapter 10, section 2 and 8, of chap-
ter 12, section 1, of chapter 13 and section 2, of chapter 18,
of an Act passed January session, 1872, chapter 377, entitled
an Act to repeal an Act passed at the January session, 1870,
entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed at January session,
1868, entitled "Public Education," providing a general
system of Free Public Schools for the State of Maryland,
and to repeal all laws inconsistent therewith, and to re-enact
the same with amendments, and substitute other sections in
lieu of those repealed.

to add certain additional sections relative to the Superior Court
of Baltimore Citj, and the Court of Common Pleas in Balti-
more City, to the 4th Article of Public Local Laws, regulating
the return of process and the taking of judgments in said
Courts, and section 6 of the Act passed March 22d, 1867,
chapter 401, entitled an Act to establish another Court for
