No. 114. A bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower
the Archbishop of Baltimore to convey to the School Com-
missieners of Dorchester county, and to their successors, a
certain parcel of land in said county, together with the build-
ings thereon, as also to authorize the said School Commis-
sioners to receive a deed therefor.
No. 115. A bill entitled an Act to prevent the killing or
trapping of grouse in Kent county, until the 20th day of
October, 1878.
No. 116. A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 25, of
Article 13, of the Code of Public Local Laws entitled "How-
ard County," sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Consta-
bles," and to re-enact the same with amendments, so as to
read as follows.
No. 117. A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the town of
Huntington, Prince George's county.
No. 118. A bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay the claims of John T. E. Hyde, William
Murdoch, John Himelhaver, J. W. Kalmey, Samuel Stewart
and Taylor and Bernard.
No. 120. A bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay David Grogg, late Collector of State taxes
in the eighth district of Carroll county, the amount overpaid
by him into the Treasury.
No. 121. A bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay the claims of W. L. Pieiffer, James E. Tate,
John Himelhaver, George W. Murdoch, J. E. Hayden and
Benjamin F. Cronin.
No. 123. A bill entitled an Act to repeal section one of
an Act passed January session, 1870, chapter 12, entitled an
Act for the better protection of game in Montgomery county,
and to amend and re-enact the same as amended.
No. 124. A bill entitled an Act to add a new section to
Article one of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled " Alle-
gany," sub-title "Surveyor."
No. 129. A bill entitled an Act for the protection offish
and for the construction of fish-warps or ladders in the creeks
of Montgomery county.
No. 130. A bill entitled an Act to prohibit the Clerk of the
Circuit Court of Frederick county from issuing license to ven-
ders of spirituous or fermented liquors within two and one-
half miles of Brook Hill Meeting-House, Frederick county.
