No. 132. A bill entitled an Act to give and declare the
sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland to certain be-
quests in the last will and testament of Temperance Brad-
shaw, late of Kent county, deceased, and in the codicils to
said will.

No. 133. A hill entitled an Act to authorize the Governor
to appoint an additional Justice of the Peace for the 9th elec-
tion district, and also an additional Justice of the Peace for
the 15th election district in Frederick county.

No. 143. A bill entitled an Act to refund to Charles G.
Hanson, of Howard county, a certain sum of money errone-
ously paid into the Treasury.

No. 98. A bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of
money to pay the claim of Kelly, Piet & Co. and John Mur-
phy & Co.

No. 122. A bill entitled an Act for the relief of the Cen-
tral Presbyterian Church of the City of Baltimore, to author-
ize the recording of certain amendments to the original plan,
agreement and regulation for the incorporation of said
church, adopted by the congregation thereof on the 5th day
of May, A. D. 1856, and on the 13th day of March, A. D.
1857, and giving said amendments and all Acts done in pur-
suance thereof, the same force as if the said amendments had
been duly recorded six months after the adoption of the same

No. 134. A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the German
Bank of Baltimore.

No. 119. A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Union
Banking Company of Baltimore.

No. 145. A bill entitled an Act to enlarge the powers of
the County Commissioners of Washington county.

No. 136. A bill entitled an Act granting the sanction of
the General Assembly of Maryland to the bequest of Hannah
Horn, late of Baltimore City, deceased, to the Maryland Con-
ference of the Methodist Protestant Church.

No. 138. A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 94, of
Article 1, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Alle-
gany County," sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Consta-
bles," and to re-enact the same with amendments.

No. 139. A bill entitled an Act to prevent the hunting of,
catching, trapping, capturing, taking, killing or destroying
in any manner, terrapins or terrapin eggs, in Somerset coun-
ty, during the months of May, June, July and August.
