one million five hundred thousand dollars, for the purpose of
providing means for the improvement of Jones' Falls.

180. An Act to repeal chapter 69, of the Acts of Assembly
of 1864, and the section therein provided to be added to the
Code of Public Local Laws, in relation to the levying of direct
tax by the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, and to re-
enact the said sections with amendments.

181. An Act to repeal Article 71, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title "Oysters," as amended by chapter 364,
of the Acts passed in 1870, and chapter 167 of the Acts of
1872, and to enact the following to be Article 71, of the Code
of Public General Laws, title "Oysters."
