162. An Act to authorize the Sheriffs of the several coun-
ties and City of Baltimore to collect certain fees due the late
Clerk of the Circuit Court for St. Mary's county, in the same
manner as such officers' fees have been heretofore collected.

163. An Act to add new sections to Article 22, of the Code?
of Public Local Laws, relating to Worcester county, to be
sub-titled "Sales of Spirituous or Fermented Liquors."

164. An Act to protect wild fowl in Worcester county.

165. An Act supplementary to an Act passed at January
session, 1852, entitled an Act to incorporate the Santa Clara
Mining Association, of Baltimore.

166. An Act to authorize and require the Surveyor of
Washington county to survey all public roads hereafter to be
granted by the County Commissioners, to make record thereof,
and to make a record of all the public roads heretofore opened
by the County Commissioners or used as public roads by the
public.

167. An Act to add additional sub-title and section to Ar-
ticle 4, of the Public Local Laws of the City of Baltimore, to
be known under the title "Costs," and as section one hun-
dred and fifty-nine and a-half, of said Article.

168. An Act to authorize the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Montgomery county to place certain fees in the hands of the-
Sheriffs of the several counties of this State, and the City of
Baltimore, for collection.

169. An Act for the protection of partridges, and to prevent
trespassing with dog or gun on private property in Kent
county.

170. An Act giving the sanction of the General Assembly
of Maryland to certain legacy bequeathed by the last will and
testament of Susanna Welty to the German Baptist Church,
commonly called "Welty Church," in Washington county,
Maryland.

171. An Act to repeal sections 4, 12 and 15, of an Act in-
corporating the town of Laurel, in Prince George's county,
and re-enact the same with amendments.

178. An Act to repeal section 827, chapter 473, of the Acts
of Assembly, passed January session, 1870, entitled an Act
to add an additional section to Article 4, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Police,"
and to amend and re-enact the same as amended.
