of said bill, and insert in lieu thereof the word "Comp-
troller," and insert the words "alienated, destroyed," before
"or omitted property," in the last line of said section, and
strike out the words "they," before the words "shall return
a copy of which said corrected assessment lists, &c.," and in-
sert in lieu thereof the word "he."
