The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal an Act passed
Janary session, 1870, chapter 441, entitled an Act to amend
section 1, of Article 38, Code of Public General Laws, title
''Fees of Officers," by repealing and re-enacting the same as
amended.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act passed at Jan-
uary session, 1872, chapter 355, entitled an Act to authorize
the issuing of licenses to Telegraph Companies and Express
or Transportation Companies not organized under the laws
of this State, to transact business therein, and to re-enact
the same with amendments, and to add the same to Article
56, of the Code of Public General Laws of this State.
