Mr. Greenfield submitted the following amendment :

Make section 16 section 15.
Which was adopted.

Mr. Leonard submitted the following amendment:
AMENDMENT PROPOSED .

Amend section 17, by striking out ''Board of Control and
Review," and insert "the County Commissioners and the
Appeal Tax Court of Baltimore City."

Which was adopted.

Mr. Staylor submitted the following amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Make section 17 section 16.
Which was adopted.
Mr. Hines submitted the following amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Strike out, in section 18, the words "Board of Control and
Review," wherever they occur.

Line 8, section ,18, insert "Comptroller of Treasury" in-
stead of the words, "Board of Control and Review."
