Section 13, line 3, after the word "State," insert the
words "or for sale to the citizens of the county wherein they
are caught, or the county next adjoining."

Section 15, line 18, add the words "provided the Court or
Jury trying the same shall be convinced that the provisions
of this section have been intentionally violated."

Section 15, line 16, insert after the word "not," the words
"less than fifty nor."

Section 24, strike out the word "two" wherever it occurs
in said section 24, and insert "one," and add the words "at
low water" after the word "yards," wherever it occurs in
that section.

Section 14, line 13, strike out the words "exceeding fifty
dollars," and insert "less than fifty and not more than five
hundred."

Section 7, line 6, insert after the word "not," the words
"less than fifty nor."

Section 16, strike out all of said section 16.

Section 17, add at the end thereof the following, ''or the
citizens of Talbot and Queen Anne's from using the waters
of Wye River and the mouth thereof in common."

Section 28, line 4, strike out after the word "persons," in
line 4, to the words "of the," in line 8, and insert "residents."

The proposed amendments were adopted, and the bill, as
