A bill entitled an Act to make Good Friday a legal holi-
day.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Nutwell, Chairman of the Committee on Corporations,
reported favorably,

A bill entitled au Act to incorporate the Baltimore and
Annapolis Eail Road Company.

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Foster, Chairman of the Committee on Claims, report-
ed favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
pay Levin L. Waiters, William J. Aydelotte and Isaac D.
Jones, balance of compensation due them respectively, as
Commissioners of this State, to adjust the boundary line be-
tween the States of Virginia and Maryland.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to refund to Thomas
Claggett, Charles Claggett, Woodbury Wheeler, attorney
of William D. Croix and Isaac Scraggs, certain monies
erroneously paid into the Treasury.
