favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to prevent horses, mules, bulls'and
sheep, from running at large within one-half mile of the
Court-House, in Towscntown, Baltimore county, Maryland,

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Latchford, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,

A bill entitled an Act to create a new election district in
Prince George's county, to be known as "District No. 12."

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Keech, from a majority of a Select Committee, reported

unfavorably

The bill entitled an Act authorizing the County Commis-
sioners of Baltimore county to invest a certain amount of the
money belonging to said county.

The question then recurring upon the adoption of the re-
port,

Mr. Merryman moved that the bill be substituted for the
unfavorable report.

The question recurring upon sustaining the motion,
