A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 59, Article 30, of
the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Crimes
and Punishments," sub-title "Gaming," and to re-enact the

same with amendments.

A bill entitled an Act to authorize the Appeal Tax Court
of Baltimore City to review and correct the valuation of the
property of Joseph Neal, on Hanover street, in said city.

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Citizens' Gas
Company of Baltimore.

Which was read a first time.
Also, unfavorably,

A bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Maryland Horti-
cultural Society,

And the unfavorable report was adopted.

A bill entitled an Act to add an additional section to the
Code of Public General Laws, Article 41, title "Justices of
the Peace," sub-title "Supersedeas and Execution," to be
designated section 64,

And the unfavorable report was adopted,

A bill entitled an Act to authorize Thomas Holland, of
Dorchester county, to settle his accounts as guardian to
Albert Holland, in the Orphans' Court of said county,

And the unfavorable report was adopted.
