Mr. Bond submitted the following order:

Ordered, That the Comptroller be requested to furnish to
this House, at the earliest practicable moment, a report stat-
ing the condition of the Tobacco Fund, commencing from the
date of its organization to the present time, showing the first
cost of the warehouses and amounts since expended and re-
ceived, and the cost of working the houses each year under
the different Acts of Assembly regulating the same.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Glotfolty submitted the following order:

Ordered, That the Printer furnish, to this House, at the
earliest practicable moment, the copies of the School Report
ordered to be printed in German.

Mr. Hart submitted the following order:

Ordered, That the Printed Bill No. 66, entitled "An Act
to regulate the Registration of Voters," shall be made the
special order for to-morrow, March 25th, at one o'clock. P.
M.

Ordered, That the Secretary of State, Hon. E. C. Holly-
day, be requested to write to the Hon. Benjamin Pierce, Su-
perintendent of the U. S. Coast Survey Office at Washington,
requesting him to furnish the State Library at Annapolis
the following Charts, to wit:

"Sailing Charts of the Atlantic Coast," Catalogue Nos.
from 1 to 5 inclusive.

"Chesapeake Bay," Catalogue Nos. from 131 to 136 in-
clusive,

"Mouth Chester River," Catalogue No. 383.
"Patapsco River," Catalogue No. 384.
"Annapolis Harbor," Catalogue No. 385.
"Patuxent River," Catalogue Nos. 386 and 387.
"Potomac River," Catalogus Nos. 383, 383, 390, 39!.
Which was adopted.
Mr. Seth submitted the following order:

Ordered, That the morning session of the House begin
hereafter at 10 o'clock, A. M.
