The bill entitled an Act to authorize and empower the
County Commissioners of Baltimore county to pay Codling
& Lishears, contractors for building the new Almshouse in
said county, the sum of two thousand dollars, and to repeal
so much of the Act of the General Assembly of Maryland,
passed at January session, 1872, chapter 368, as may be
inconsistent with the provisions of this Act,
