passed at January session, 1872, relating to catching oysters
with scoops in the waters of Dorchester county, and to re-en-
act the same with amendments,

third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the City Bank of
Baltimore,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Prince George's county to subscribe to the capital
stock of the Washington City and Point Lookout Rail Road
Company,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal chapter 287 of the Acts
passed at January session, 1870, entitled an Act to repeal
section 810, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws,
chapter 367, passed at January session, 1867, and to re-enact
the same with amendments,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading, and,

Referred to the Baltimore City delegation.
