Said bill was then sent to the Senate.

The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 35 and 37, of
chapter 39, of the Act of the General Assembly, passed at
the January session of 1872, entitled an Act to provide for
the repair and improvement of the public roads in Calvert
county, and to re-enact said sections with amendments,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal section 12, of Ar-
ticle 28, of the Code of Public General Laws, title "County
Commissioners," and re-enact the same with amendments,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for
a third reading.

The bill entitled an Act to refund to Doctor C. C. Cox
sums of money erroneously paid as county tax, or authorize
the Commissioners of Talbot county to credit his county tax
with the same,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays, as fol-
lows:
