Ordered, That the vote be reconsidered whereby the un-
favorable report from the Finance Committee was adopted
upon the bill entitled an Act to establish a Hospital in the
city of Baltimore, in connection with the College of Physici-
ans and Surgeons, and that the said bill be recommitted to
the Finance Committee.

of Delegates:

Gentlemen of the House of Delegates :

We respectfully request your Honorable Body to return to
the Senate for further consideration the House bill entitled
an Act to repeal section 25 of the Code of Public Local Laws,
title "Harford county," entitled "Collectors," and re-enact
the same with amendments, which was reported unfavorably
upon by a Select Committee of the Senate on the 28th ultimo,
and returned to your Honorable Body.
