BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

March 20th, 1874.
Gentlemen of the Senate :

We respectfully request your Honorable Body to recede from
the amendments proposed by your Honorable Body to "A bill
entitled an Act to repeal section 193, of Article 3, of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore county, passed at the
January session of the Legislature, in the year 1872, and to
re-enact the same with amendments," and herewith return
said bill to your Honorable Body for that purpose.
